Robocopy examples
Copying files from one location to another is maybe not the most fanciest task nowadays, still it is needed sometimes. We all know that PowerShell is quite bad (slow) in coping files, so we want to use RoboCopy with PowerShell. Read Leos Mareks blog about how that works.
Expandproperty
Dealing with objects is essential in PowerShell and especially when dealing with the pipeline, you need to understand how objects works. Read Edem Afenyos blogpost on Select-Object -Expandproperty parameter to get a deeper understanding on this technology.
PSReadline Version 2.2.5
Pressing the „up-cursor“ key sometimes to find a command ? There is PSReadline working for you in the background. PSReadline is actually on version 2.2.6 and it can do A LOT more for you. Read Nicholas Xuan Nguyens blogpost on the current state and best practices on PSReadline.
